Prepare and Use
Cooking Instructions - General: For best results cook from frozen. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Oven cook - From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-22 minutes.
Grill - From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill. Grill on a medium heat for 16-18 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Barbecue - From Frozen: Grill or shallow fry as suggested above, then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned. Turn frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Cook times will vary depending on the type and size of barbecue.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the sausages over a moderate heat for 14-16 minutes. Turn frequently. Drain off any excess liquid before serving.
