Prepare and Use
Cooking Instructions - General: For best results cook from frozen. No need to thaw. If thawed, cook within 12 hours of removal from the freezer. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For best cooking results: grill or fry. Do not prick Richmond sausages. Please ensure that these sausages are cooked thoroughly before eating.
Oven cook - From Frozen: Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 mins, turning frequently. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Grill - From Frozen: Set tray in middle shelf. Grill for 20 mins on a medium heat, turning frequently.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Add a little oil to the pan and fry on a medium heat for approx 15-20 mins, turning frequently.
