Serving Suggestion: Bring to room temperature before use. To cover a cake knead until pliable then roll out to the size of the cake using icing sugar to prevent sticking. Brush the cake with melted apricot jam and cover with the marzipan. To make petits fours: Model softened marzipan into miniature fruit shapes or mould around dried fruit or nuts. Brighten up with edible food colourings or use angelica to decorate. Baker's Tip: Sprinkle your worktop and rolling pin with icing sugar to prevent sticking.
