Prepare and Use
Cooking Instructions 1kg Brownie Mix, 260ml cold water; 3.5kg Brownie Mix, 910ml cold water
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan Oven 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Weigh out the required amount into a mixing bowl.
Step 2 Gradually add the correct amount of water to the mix whilst mixing on a slow speed. Mix for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute on a medium speed. (Add extra ingredients at this stage to create alternative varieties e.g. chocolate chunks, chopped nuts or dried fruit).
Step 3 Spread the mixture into a greased and lined baking tin.
Step 4 Bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 35 minutes or until a crust is formed and the desired texture is achieved. All appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. For fan assisted oven cooking time may need to be reduced. Hints & Tips Try serving warm with ice cream and fresh raspberries for a classic dessert. Add dark, milk and white chocolate chunks to create a triple chocolate brownie. You can also add dried cranberries and macadamia nuts for a more indulgent brownie.
