All you need is... 1 medium egg yolk 280ml (1/2 pint) water 10 Prep' time 30 To set To Make the Filling... 1 Pour the contents of one sachet into a saucepan. Mix in 280ml (1/2 pint) of water and 1 medium sized egg yolk. Stir continuously, over a low heat until the mixture bubbles and boils. Simmer for 1 minute. 2 Remove from heat. Pour liquid into serving dish and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
