Preparation Guidelines To make 280ml (1/2pint) of gravy, put 4 heaped teaspoonfuls (20g) into a measuring jug. Pour on 280ml (1/2pint) of boiling water whilst stirring. Continue to stir until all of the granules have dissolved. The gravy is now ready to serve. For thicker gravy, use more granules.
