We are required by law to be able to prove you are over 18 to purchase Alcoholic beverages. We apologise for this intrusion into your privacy, To perform this obligation please become a member and in the membership you will be asked for your date of birth. Its a one time only item and will make checkout faster in the future. There are other benefits to being a member which will be disclosed to members only from time to time.
The Contract between us
When you place an order through this website, by email or by phone This is a contract between us (The International Store) and you. The commitment is to buy the products ordered and our commitment is to supply you with the ordered products.
After placing your order by (Website, Email or Phone) you will receive a confirmation of your order by email to your email address.
After dispatch of your parcel you will get an email telling you and where possible a tracking Number. If you don't have email we will call you.
You may cancel your order at any time, no explanation is required. Likewise we reserve the right, under special circumstances, to also cancel your order at any time.
1. Mobile Store or Click & Collect from our Warehouse - You may choose to pay on collection, by Credit Card, Paypal or via Sofort Banking. (We do not take funds from your chosen payment method until your order is packed and ready for dispatch! This has been our policy for nearly 20 years)
2. Mail Order - You may choose to pay by Credit Card, Paypal .

3. Business Accounts - You may choose to pay by Credit Card, Paypal . If delivery to you is by our own transport, you may choose to pay on delivery,
The prices you see on this website or are quoted over the phone when you place a phone order include the MwSt (tax) at the current rates applicable in Germany.
In the case of business orders from other E.U. countries you may use your Tax code with your country two letter code to receive your order without German tax. The tax code will be tested to test its authenticity before despatch of the order.
We reserve the right to change prices if needed. If you have ordered at a lower price, that price will be honoured on your order.
Our target is 2 to 7 days. If a product in your order is out of stock, we reserve the right to split your order at our expense. The out of stock item(s) will be despatched as soon as possible.
Sometimes it is possible that an ordered item is not available in the size you requested, we will contact you for permission to supply a different size. It is your choice to accept the different size or not.
Example if you ordered 240 PG Tips tea bags and that size is sold out, we could offer you 1x PG Tips 80 and 1 x PG Tips 160 or 3 x PG Tips 80 The price would remain at the lower 240 price.
Please note, Frozen products can only be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This is to protect the cold chain, later dispatch could be held up in the transport system over a weekend and break the cold chain. We ask for your understanding in this.
If you need to complain about a delivery
Please let us know what the problem is as soon as you can by phone or email. We would appreciate some photos of the problem emailed to us if possible. If your order has arrived badly damaged for instance even backed over by a truck (This has happened!) We will replace damaged goods at our expense.
If for any reason you wish to return a parcel you may do so. Please contact us to let us know. You don't have to give us a reason, this is your choice and protection under German Law.
This is not valid for the following
- Perishable goods (frozen foods, chilled foods)
- Any C.D's, Videos, DVD's, Software that has been opened by you or while in your possession.
- Any product that has been supplied to your individual specification
